Tarantín offers two main methods to complete the payment for your order: Bank Transfer and the use of your Wallet Balance.
Once you've selected your shipping method and proceeded to the payment section (Step 3 of the purchase process), follow the steps below based on your chosen method:
Option 1: Payment via Bank Transfer
If you select this option, it is your responsibility to make the transfer and report it so that administrators can confirm the transaction.

Obtain Bank Details: On the payment screen, you will be provided with the full bank account information for the store (beneficiary, account number, etc.).

Accept the Terms: Check the box to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions.

Finalize the Order: Click the "Place Order" or "Continue" button. This will generate your order invoice.

Make the Transfer: Use your external banking app or service to carry out the transfer using the provided bank details.

Report the Payment: Return to your order invoice and click "Report Bank Transfer." Fill out the form with the payment details and attach the proof of payment to speed up the verification process.
Important Note: Your order will remain in the "Processing" status until administrators verify and confirm that the payment has been successfully received.
Option 2: Payment with Wallet Balance
If you have sufficient balance in your account, the payment is instant and automatic.

Select the Option: Choose "Wallet Balance" or the option to pay with your available balance.

Accept the Terms: Check the box to indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions.

Make the Payment: Click the "Make Payment" button.
Automatic Process: The amount will be immediately deducted from your balance, the invoice will be issued, and your order status will automatically update to "Completed," ready for processing.
