You can cancel an order placed on Tarantín as long as it has not yet been processed by our team.
Follow these steps to cancel your order:
1. Locate Your Order

Access Order History: Go to your User Menu (Profile) and select the "Orders" option.

View the Invoice: Locate the order you wish to cancel and click on it to load the detailed invoice for that order.
2. Execute the Cancellation

Find the Cancellation Button: Within the invoice view, locate the "Cancel Order" button. This button is generally located in the upper right corner of the screen.

Confirm the Action: Press the "Cancel Order" button.

Accept the Notification: A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel the order. Confirm the action by clicking "Yes" or "Cancel Order" within the pop-up window.
Once confirmed, you will receive a notification that the order has been successfully canceled.
