How Can I Buy a Product?

The purchase process on Tarantín is intuitive and is divided into product selection, cart confirmation, shipping configuration, and choice of payment method.

Follow these steps to complete your order:

1. Add the Product to the Cart

  1. Find the Product: Navigate through the store or use the search bar to locate the product you wish to purchase.

  2. Add to Cart: Once on the product page, select the required options (if applicable, such as size or quantity) and click the "Add to Cart" button.

  3. Access the Cart: Once the product has been added, click the shopping cart icon or the "View Cart" button to review your order.


2. Order Review and Shipping Configuration

  1. Start Checkout: Inside the shopping cart, review the list of products and quantities. When you're ready, press the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Checkout" button.

  2. Review the Shipping Address: At this stage, carefully verify that the shipping address shown is correct. This is the address where your order will be sent.

  3. Select the Shipping Method: Choose the shipping option that best suits you:

    • Local Pickup: If you wish to collect the order at a physical location.

    • Flat Rate: If you want delivery to your address for a fixed cost.

  4. Verify the Information: The detailed order information will be presented, including the price, subtotal, shipping costs, and the total amount due.

  5. Continue: Click the "Continue to Payment" or "Continue with Payment Method" button.


3. Select the Payment Method

Now you must choose how you want to complete the transaction:

Option A: Payment with Wallet Balance

If you have an available balance in your account, this is the quickest option:

  1. Select the "Wallet Balance" or "Pay with Balance" option.

  2. Check the box to Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click "Make Payment." The amount will be automatically deducted from your balance.

Option B: Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay via bank transfer:

  1. Select the "Bank Transfer" option.

  2. Check the box to Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click the "Place Order" or "Continue" button.


4. Finalization and Payment Report (Bank Transfer Only)

Once the order has been generated (and only if you selected Bank Transfer), an invoice will be created, and you will need to wait for payment verification.

To speed up the verification process:

  1. Make the transfer using the bank details provided on the invoice or confirmation screen.

  2. Look for the "Report Bank Transfer" button on your order page.

  3. Complete the report form: Enter the transaction details (such as reference, date, and amount).

  4. Attach the proof: Upload a file (image or PDF) of the proof of payment you made.

  5. Submit the information: Click "Send."

The Tarantín team will review the payment, and once it is correctly verified, your order will move to the processing status.
