You can locate your order's tracking code directly on the order invoice, once the order status has moved into the shipping phase.

Follow these steps to find the tracking information:

1. Access Order Details

1. Go to the User Menu: Click your profile icon to open the menu and select the "Orders" option.

2. Locate Your Order: Find the specific order in the list for which you need the tracking code.

3. View More Details: Click on "More Details" (or on the invoice itself) to load the complete order information.

2. Locate the Tracking Information

Once inside the detailed invoice, scroll down to the bottom section, where the products and transaction data are summarized.

1. Review the Shipping Section: Look for the section that contains "Shipping" or "Shipping Method" information.

2. Find the Code: Below the "The order has been shipped" indicator, you will find two key pieces of data:

   • Tracking Code: This is the unique number or code that identifies your package.

   • Tracking URL (Optional): If available, this is a direct link that will take you to the shipping company's website to track your package with the code already entered.
