How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order placed on Tarantín as long as it has not yet been processed by our team.

Follow these steps to cancel your order:

1. Locate Your Order

  1. Access Order History: Go to your User Menu (Profile) and select the "Orders" option.

  2. View the Invoice: Locate the order you wish to cancel and click on it to load the detailed invoice for that order.


2. Execute the Cancellation

  1. Find the Cancellation Button: Within the invoice view, locate the "Cancel Order" button. This button is generally located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Confirm the Action: Press the "Cancel Order" button.

  3. Accept the Notification: A confirmation window will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel the order. Confirm the action by clicking "Yes" or "Cancel Order" within the pop-up window.

Once confirmed, you will receive a notification that the order has been successfully canceled.
