What is the status of my order?

After placing and paying for an order on Tarantín, it will pass through different statuses. You can check the current status of your order at any time from your Order History.

Below is an explanation of the two main statuses you will see:

1. Processing

This is the initial status of your order right after completing payment.

Meaning: The order has been received, and the Tarantín team is in the process of verifying that the payment was successful.

User Action: During this phase, you just need to wait. Our administrators are working to confirm the transaction and prepare your order.

2. Completed

This status indicates that your order has advanced and the transaction has been confirmed.

Meaning: The store administrators have confirmed and verified that the payment was successful. This means the order is now ready to be dispatched or is ready for pickup, depending on the shipping method you selected.

User Action: Your order is now in the final phase before delivery or collection.


How to Check the Status

To view the current status of your order:

  • Go to your User Menu (Profile).

  • Select the "Orders" option.

  • Locate the order in the list to see its most recent status.
